Market Values Multitest Burn-in Expertise: Multiple Repeat Order for Multitest Burn-in Boards

Multitest’s Burn-in Product Group has received a multiple repeat order for burn-in boards from a large European IDM for automotive devices.

Multitest began its burn-in board (BIB) activities in 2010 to leverage its ATE board design, fabrication and assembly capabilities as well as its socket and test know-how. To date, Multitest has been qualified at 20 accounts successfully including large international IDMs. The applications range from 4G wireless products to aerospace application, system on a chip and microprocessors.

The Multitest burn-in product team has many years of experience. Based on the company’s outstanding expertise, Multitest is able to offer industry-leading burn-in solutions that address today’s challenges, such as shorter stress times or intelligent burn-in. In addition to hardware, Multitest provides thorough process and application support to its customers. In combination with the company’s final test know-how, Multitest is able to develop customized solutions for test during-burn-in.
