EUROPE-SMT, a leading global supplier of SMT production solutions, announces that as of January 1, 2012, it will be the official importer for all YAMAHA YS Series SMT pick-and-place machines in Holland, Belgium and Luxemburg.
Both companies estimate that sales will skyrocket in 2012 because the latest YAMAHA YS models are state-of-the-art, flexible and affordable production solutions. Sales and service will be offered from Turnhout, Belgium, conveniently located in the heart of the Benelux countries.
Jasper van Meerten, co-founder of EUROPE-SMT, explained why this deal is so important to him. “EUROPE-SMT has built quite a reputation, serving the industry with its first-class pre-owned Assembléon and Yamaha solutions. However, our customers now demand new systems from us as well. Therefore, we are delighted with this new contract and partnership. It will benefit our customers and it will grow our installed base.”
