SmartSol is co-owned and directed by Fernando Salomon, Jaime Perez and Ivan Romo. The latter comments on joining the Universal Instruments team, “This is a great opportunity for us to partner with a well-respected industry leader driven by a “customer-first” initiative. Universal’s portfolio is well-aligned with current industry challenges by featuring unmatched flexibility, fast and efficient changeovers, and the broadest technology spectrum of any solutions provider.” Romo adds, “These are valuable advantages in ensuring the success of our customers.”
Universal’s Vice President of Sales, Brad Bennett, states “SmartSol embraces our philosophy of providing complete market-focused solutions. This approach is more important than ever with emerging markets, such as green technologies, requiring a variety of processes to enable complete production solutions.” Bennett adds, “As a premier representative with an acute knowledge of the Mexican market landscape, SmartSol is a welcomed addition that will be instrumental as we fortify our Customer Operations network in the region.”
