MILPITAS, Calif. — August 3 2012 — Bliss Industries Inc., a leader of material handling carts and racks for PCB assembly, has officially revealed its patent pending ESD Tray Divider breakthrough for PC board handling.

“Many of our existing mid-size customers were having issues with conductive dust produced by ESD safe cardboard dividers. Our primary goal was to create a flexible, easy to assemble, set of dividers designed for all standard 18” x 26” trays. Our dividers are made from a conductive proprietary ESD plastic that is nearly indestructible. The secondary benefit of our design is that they fit our competitors 18” x 26” trays,” said Ken Bliss, President and CEO of Bliss Industries.

With more than 30 years of experience, no other company offers more products and services to support manufacturing than Bliss. The company supports all types of manufacturing in virtually all industries including medical product assembly, automotive subassembly, box build and PCB assembly and more.
