Practical Components Inc., a leading supplier of dummy components, announces that Kym Bell will return to the company after a five-year absence.
Effective Monday, September 10, 2012, Kym will rejoin the company as a sales representative for the domestic US market.
“We are pleased to have Kym back with us,” said Kevin Laphen, president. “Her ability to meet — and often exceed — customer expectations are in line with our company’s values, as are her continuous commitments to both detail and accuracy.”
Kym returns to Practical Components after pursuing other interests within the electronics supply chain.
Since 1996, Practical Components has been the world’s leading supplier of dummy components, which are the exact mechanical equivalents of live components, used when only the physical properties of the components are required. These components can cost as much as 80% less than live components, making them ideal for testing of solder processes, machine setup and other process evaluations. Practical Components is headquartered in Los Alamitos CA and has a worldwide distribution network. For more information, visit www.practicalcomponents.com.
