ACD, a leading supplier to the electronics industry, announces the promotion of Pamela Rieter to Major Accounts Manager. Pamela has worked as a Project Manager for ACD for the past year.
As Project Manager, Pamela gained experience interfacing with customers regarding order placement, status, delivery and post-sales support. Pamela’s organizational, planning and communication skills, as well as her extensive experience interacting with the company’s outside sales team to ensure customer satisfaction, has prepared her for her new role in outside sales. Pamela has experience with Teredyne, LTX/Credance and Verigy test platforms.
In her new position, Pamela will continue to provide exceptional customer service for ACD’s existing customers. Additionally, she is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with new customers as well as actively prospecting for new accounts.
