Tim Smith, PTNA Vice President Operations (far left) welcomes his colleagues for the 2012 PTNA Sales Meeting at the new Sales and Technical Center in Ancaster (Canada).

Plasmatreat North America (PTNA) offices have moved to new premises, which are located in Ancaster, Ontario (CAN), about 45 miles west of Toronto/ Pearson International Airport and about 90 miles from Buffalo/Niagara Airport (USA).

The modern sales and technical center is under the direction of PTNA Vice-President Tim Smith. On an area of 6000 ft² the center incorporates sales offices, technical service, and spare parts as well as the latest equipment for atmospheric plasma cleaning, activation and coating processes. Customer support and maintenance are also on site, being dispatched to all of the Americas from the Ancaster location. Plasmatreat has developed very effective solutions for the electronics industry to lower processing cost and help green companies’ operations. Working in close collaboration with the client, each pertinent plasma parameter necessary for manufacturing will be fully evaluated – either in the state-of-the-art laboratory or on rental systems at the client’s plant.
The Grand Opening of the new premises was combined with the annual PTNA Sales Meeting in October 2012. Christian Buske, CEO/President of the Plasmatreat Group (Germany), PTNA CEO/President Andy Stecher (Chicago, IL), along with vice presidents Tim Smith and Mikki Larner, all North American Plasmatreat sales staff and several guests were in attendance for the meeting and the festivities.
