SEHO Systems GmbH announces that, together with its partner ATD Electronic, it will exhibit in booth #128 at ENOVA, scheduled to take place June 12-15, 2013 at Parc des Expositions du Kram, Tunis. SEHO will debut its new tabletop optical inspection unit at the show.
Displayed for the first time, SEHO’s new ViComp table top optical inspection unit supports operators during test and rework. Alternating images of a reference board (golden board) and the actual production board are shown on the monitor. As the human eye is trained to recognized fast images, the differences between the images, i.e. the defects, will be recognized by the operator immediately.
SEHO also will display its modular selective soldering system, the SEHO SelectiveLine. Featuring a high-precision mini-wave process, the SelectiveLine offers maximum flexibility and is ideally suited for high product mix, particularly for medium size production volumes that are to be processed inline. The SelectiveLine features many automated process control functions such as automatic PCB alignment via fiducial recognition, process visualization and many more.
