Kurtz Ersa, a leading supplier of electronics production equipment, today announced the opening of its new facility – Kurtz Ersa Mexico, S.A. DE C.V. The new subsidiary will offer the complete range of soldering systems, particle foam systems and foundry equipment. The quick response times offered, combined with the competent service through local, Spanish-speaking personnel, will allow Kurtz Ersa to stand out favorably from the competition.
“Kurtz Ersa has viewed Mexico as an important market with good potential for quite some years now. Presently, the economic situation of Mexico offers numerous opportunities. The level of investment is very high and the international performance of the country is remarkable,” says Albrecht Beck, President and COO of Kurtz Ersa North America.
The automotive and the electronic industries in Mexico are experiencing strong growth and Kurtz Ersa sees a high business potential. Mexico’s overall economy shows solid growth and over the last ten years it has undergone enormous changes – moving away from a small, closed economy, towards an open and diverse economy. As a result, Kurtz Ersa has established its own subsidiary in Mexico City. A central warehouse is located at this site, as are the demo facility for the Ersa Division and general sales offices. Also, the subsidiary will manage the service staff stationed in Mexico City, Juarez and Guadalajara. Direct Kurtz Ersa sales engineers covering molding systems and electronic production equipment are present to advise the customers throughout Mexico.
Kurtz Ersa Mexico is closely connected to the manufacturing facilities in both Germany and China, as well as to the company’s location in the USA. The subsidiary will initially be run by Mr. Albrecht Beck, who successfully manages the affairs of Kurtz Ersa North America.
