Mar 25, 2014 Speedprint Technology announces that it has been awarded a 2014 Circuits Assembly Service Excellence Award in the category of Screen/Stencil Printing for its outstanding customer service, as judged by its own customers.
Circuits Assembly Editor-in-Chief Mike Buetow presented the award to Mark Brawley, V.P. of Speedprint Americas, during a Tuesday, March 25, 2014 ceremony that took place at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas.
“We are again honored to be recognized for outstanding customer service,” commented Brawley. “The fact that this award is decided by our customers makes it especially rewarding. Our customers have placed their trust in us and we know that must be earned every day. We are very proud of the service that we provide and realize that keeping the bar high is critical to our continued success.”
Sponsored by Circuits Assembly, the Service Excellence Awards (SEAs) for Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) providers and electronics assembly suppliers honor companies excelling in the crucial area of customer service. The program, now in its 22nd year, functions as a way for participants to see how they compare to peers in customer satisfaction.
