Data I/O’s PSV7000 Recognized as Global Leader with 2014 EM Asia Innovation Award

The award was presented to the company during an April 24, 2014 ceremony at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center during NEPCON China. This marks the company’s 10th industry award and third award for the PSV7000 since its introduction.

Designed for industry leading throughput, versatility, versatility and precision handling for small parts the PSV7000 reduces the cost of programming by up to 50%. It is capable of programming up to 2000 devices/hour with tray, tape or tube input, and can handle the smallest programmable devices on the market, as small as 1.5mm x 1.5mm. Changeover times have been reduced by up to 75 percent compared to other systems.  High-precision fiber laser marking, 3D co-planarity, serialization and traceability software are available options to support the highest quality process requirements.
