Timothy O’Neill, Technical Marketing Manager, AIM Solder, will present “Conformal Coating Over No Clean Flux – Part 2” followed by “PCB Cleaning, Process Control and Cleanliness Assessment” presented by Ravi Parthasarathy, M.S.Chem.Eng, Senior Process Engineer, ZESTRON. After a complimentary lunch, the workshop will continue with “Cleaning in the Age of No Clean” presented by Mike Konrad, President of Aqueous Technologies and “Integrated Conformal Coating Solutions for Better PCBA Reliability,” Jeff Sargeant, Research and Development Director, HumiSeal. The event will conclude with a panel discussion featuring each presenter.
