SEHO Systems GmbH, a worldwide leading manufacturer of complete solutions for soldering processes and automated production lines, will showcase the new SEHO SelectLine and LeanSelect selective soldering systems in stand A-1A59 in the German Pavilion at NEPCON China 2015, scheduled to take place April 21-23, 2015 at the Shanghai World EXPO Exhibition & Convention Center.
High-Volume Production
The patented Synchro concept, innovative highlight of the new selective soldering system SEHO SelectLine, guarantees maximum throughput. The Synchro concept is an intelligent software feature that coordinates the soldering process with two soldering units in such a way that the total throughput is nearly doubled without the need for significant investment.
The SelectLine machine concept is consistently modular, thus ensuring clear cost benefits. The system features a flexible pass-through process. Fluxer modules, different preheat modules and soldering modules may be equipped individually, and depending on the manufacturing requirements, can be configured into a totally customized manufacturing line.
Innovative Lean Production Concept
With the new LeanSelect, SEHO is introducing a new selective soldering system that is particularly designed for lean production manufacturing environments that features high flexibility and outstanding ROI.
While loading of PCBs, assembly of components and unloading of the soldered boards is performed manually using an ergonomically designed work table at the front of the machine, the process steps are completely automated and controlled. Additionally, up to three printed circuit boards can be processed simultaneously.
The SelectLine and LeanSelect selective soldering systems feature the highest energy efficiency. Innovative functions such as an automatic ultrasonic cleaning for wetted miniwave solder nozzles or process control features can be incorporated in the SelectLine and LeanSelect, thus increasing the system's productivity.
