KYZEN to Exhibit Stencil Cleaning Product Line at FIEE Brazil

KYZEN will showcase its new stencil cleaning products with its distributor, Envoy, in Stand L501 at FIEE Brazil, scheduled to take place March 23-27, 2015 at Anhembi in São Paulo, Brazil. KYZEN’s stencil cleaning products have been designed from the ground up to meet the tough challenges of cleaning no-clean, lead-free residue from small, 01005 apertures while being compatible with modern nano-coatings as well as with all the modern offline cleaning equipment currently used in the industry.

The new line includes: CYBERSOLV® C8622 underside wipes, AQUANOX® A8830/31 and KYZEN® E5611 stencil cleaners, and IONOX® I3419 general purpose bench-top cleaner. By providing increased performance, the new line adds real value with better prints and modern, green technology that is better for the environment. The cleaners save money and provide excellent cost of ownership.

AQUANOX® A8830 is an ultra-low VOC, environmentally progressive  formulation that does not damage stencils and is highly effective at removing all types of solder pastes (water soluble, rosin, and no-clean) from fine-pitch apertures. A8830 is a low odor cleaner than can be used in open systems.

CYBERSOLV® C8622 is a full strength solvent blend specifically designed as an IPA alternative in stencil wiping and manual bench top cleaning applications. Easy-to-use, C8622 is effective in all applications where IPA is typically used.

KYZEN® E5611 is a cost-effective cleaning chemistry designed to be diluted for removing flux, solder paste and uncured adhesives from stencils and misprints. E5611 has proven compatible with most standard stencil cleaning equipment.

IONOX® I3419 is a high strength solvent blend designed for cleaning in manual and hand-wipe applications. I3419 retains excellent compatibility while being tough on many soils and uncured adhesives.

AQUANOX® A8830/31, KYZEN® E5611 and IONOX® I3419 are available in one, five and 55 gallon containers. CYBERSOLV® C8622 also is available in 16 ounce spray bottle containers and pre-saturated wipes.
