Also this year, Seica will be present in the Spider Engineering Booth, representative for Israel, where everyone is invited to see the Pilot4D V8 and the ATE/instrument MINI 80/200. Seica proudly announces also the twentieth anniversary of its first flying probe tester sale. With such a long story and experience, the Pilot4D flying probe line is today the most versatile and complete line of automatic flying probers, offering the widest range of solutions and performances on the market. The Pilot family includes systems with from 4 or 8 test probes, able to access simultaneously one or both sides of the board, which can be positioned either horizontally or vertically.
During the show, visitors will be have the possibility to see the ultimate Pilot4DV8 with system options and performances which make the prober ready for the latest technological challenges covering all types of electrical, optical and thermal validations. Seica Flying probes are definitely able to test on the smallest SMD chip like the 03015 metric, and are suitable for Prototyping, Production, Repair and Reverse Engineering of electronic boards including LED light testing applications. Seica’s LED option will be presented with a video testing all key parameters of LEDs, automatically analyzed by Seica’s Viva software.
Mini Line is the smallest rack-mountable and powerful ATE, with full in-circuit and functional test capabilities enclosed in a box of the same size as a DVD player. The solution can be used as stand-alone or as add-on tool for more complex tester architectures.
In most manufacturing environments, the requirement of size reduction, portability and integration now also involves the automated test systems or ATE (Automatic Test Equipment). For the above reason, Seica has created the MINI Line, a small-sized ATE with great potential in the different operational environments, combined with a very competitive price/performance ratio. The solution is designed, like the in-circuit and functional Compact line systems, based on the thirty-year experience of Seica in design and implementation of electrical test solutions.
In case of more expandable solutions requests, Seica can propose the Compact line systems which are characterized by the research for optimization of the test costs and the particular attention to the space reduction (footprint and overall dimensions), times (for test) and waste in general.
During the show visitors may be informed also about the PTE-100 (Portable Test Equipment) a powerful, flexible and transportable Intelligent Break Out Box designed to provide checkout, test and troubleshooting in critical parts of electronic systems. The PTE-100 gives test personnel access to electrical signals for probing, voltage injection, isolation checks, voltage/current and time/frequency measurements. The PTE-100 offers the ability to make electrical verification activities more efficient, repeatable and safe, by introducing software controlled test sequences to reduce human errors and guide diagnostic resolution.
