ViTrox Technologies today announced that it conducted two user group meetings (UGMs) with Linkways in Q1 2016. The events took place in Suzhou and Dongguan with approximately 120 customers at both meetings.
The UGMs covered several topics, namely new product launches, including V310 SPI, V-ONE, Intelligent Link as well as the new features of AOI and AXI. The objective of the UGMs is to share ViTrox's latest product technologies and the future roadmap with customers. Additionally, customers are able to take this great platform to obtain more in-depth product technology information of newly released products. ViTrox and Linkways also took the opportunity to understand the requirements and inquiries from customers for improvement purposes.
Overwhelming responses have been collected through the UGMs. Many customers requested that the events be held twice a year. The supportive feedback from customers have built the confidence of ViTrox and Linkways to continue development to continuously provide better products and services in the future.
