Kurtz Ersa North America, a leading supplier of electronics production equipment, today announced the retirement of long-time employee Sue Schapplwein. Based out of Kurtz Ersa’s Plymouth facility for the last 18.5 years, Schapplwein was the company’s Project & Traffic Manager.
Sue has processed thousands of orders and worked to ensure that the shipment of Ersa machines around the world goes flawlessly. Ernie Grice, VP of Sales. stated, “Sue has been a vital player at the heart of our organization. She has fantastic attention to detail and cares about every customer’s satisfaction. She will be missed and we wish her well on her new venture.” Albrecht Beck, President and COO, also commented, “Sue’s dedication has been instrumental to the growth/success of the company and we wish her well.”
Prior to working at Kurtz Ersa, Schapplwein was employed as a Sales Associate at Will Pemco in Sheboygan for 14 years. She is retiring from Kurtz Ersa in December 2016 and will be moving with her husband to Fort Myers, FL where they will spend their retirement.
