Europlacer announces a top management team change, effective 1st December 2016, at its Dorset UK-based headquarters.
Andy Jones is promoted from UK General Sales Manager at Europlacer Distribution to Business Development and UK Sales Manager for Europlacer. In this expanded role, he takes charge of the global marketing budget while retaining responsibility for growing the UK sales of Europlacer’s own products and its distributed product ranges.
Group Quality Manager, Rod Evans, cedes marketing responsibility to Jones. Evans will focus on delivering company-wide quality management infrastructure improvements and operational performance enhancements. This is a function of growth driving increasing investment in the development and expansion of cross-functional teams.
Prompted partly by his new role and partly by continuing business growth, Jones has augmented the Europlacer Distribution UK sales team with the appointment of Steve Giffen as New Business Sales Manager. Giffen is newly recruited from competitor Mycronic.
The roles of International Sales Manager Steve Farragher with responsibilities for Rest-of-World sales, MD of Europlacer GmbH in Germany David Kammerer, President Americas John Perrotta, Europlacer Asia General Manager Fanny Lee, and France Sales Manager Alain-Michel Ceretti remain unchanged.
