Computrol Earns Its Fifth Consecutive Global Technology Award for Its Contract Manufacturing Services

Computrol, Inc., a world-class provider of mid- to low-volume, high-mix electronic manufacturing services to OEMs, announces that it was awarded a 2017 Global Technology Award in the category of Contract Services $50 - $100 million. The award was presented to the company during a Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2017 ceremony that took place during productronica in Munich, Germany.

Computrol recently acquired Western Electronics, and the company now serves its customers from three world-class facilities in Orem, UT, Denver, CO, and its headquarters in Meridian. As a result of the acquisition, Computrol increases its cable and wire harness capabilities.

Founded in 1984, Computrol has a long history of providing electronics contract manufacturing services and support to blue-chip customers ranging from military and medical electronics, to telecommunications and computer peripherals.
