Lemos joined Virtual Industries in 1997 as a second-generation machinist providing all Virtual Industries machined parts. He currently directs the manufacturing teams and machinists to ensure that all products meet customer expectations. Additionally, he is the key person running Virtual Industries’ spin off machine shop (Prime Axis Manufacturing) where precision Swiss turning is his forte.
