Kirsten Soldering AG announced today, that the company as part of an asset deals has sold all assets and transferred all activities to an investor from Malta. The entire product- and technology portfolio will be continued under the brand Kirsten Soldering. The existing service and warranty claims will be continued and secured for the existing customers of Kirsten Soldering AG by the newly founded company Kirsten Soldering Ltd with headquarters in Malta.
The successful and high-quality THT-soldering systems will be further developed and globally distributed under the the product- and technology-brand Kirsten Soldering AG. «We are very happy, that we have found this solution with Kirsten Soldering AG and look forward to further develp the high-quality und reliable THT-soldering systems».
