Libra Industries – Dallas Completes Recertification Audit for AS9100 Rev D Aerospace Standard

Libra Industries, a privately held electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider, is pleased to announce that its Dallas, TX facility has successfully completed its recertification for the AS9100 Rev D SAE International Aerospace Standard. This standard includes ISO 9001:2015 quality management system requirements and specifies additional aviation, space and defense industry requirements, definitions and notes.

Libra Industries demonstrated its continued effort to enhance customer satisfaction through processes for continual improvement, as well as the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

This International Standard specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization:

a) Needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and;

b) Aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
