STI Electronics, Inc., a full-service organization providing training services, training materials, analytical/failure analysis, prototyping, and small-to-medium volume contract PCB assembly, announces the retirement of Ann Duncan.

With more than 20 years of dedicated service to STI Electronics, Duncan was one of the first employees hired after STI’s move from California to Alabama. After working part-time for the past couple of years, Duncan has officially retired.

Duncan’s first position at STI was as an instructor for the Training Services Department. She later moved into the Training Coordinator position where she ensured that the required documents and training materials were on hand for the various classes that were scheduled on-site or off-site at the customer facility.

“Ann’s long history with our Training Services Department provided her with knowledge and experience that can’t be learned from a book,” said Pat Scott, Director of Training Services. “We’ll miss not being able to ask her questions, but we know she’ll have a busy and enjoyable retirement.”

Since 1982, STI Electronics, Inc. (STI) has been the premier full-service organization for training, consulting, laboratory analysis, prototyping, and small-to-medium volume contract PCB assembly in the electronics industry. STI also produces a complete line of solder training kits and training support products. For more information, visit www.stiusa.com.
