KIC Receives 2018 Mexico Technology Award for Auto Profiling and Intelligent Network Software Ecosystem

KIC announces that it was awarded a 2018 Mexico Technology Award in the category of Process Control Tools for its RPI i4.0 smart reflow process management system. The award was presented to the company during a Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2018 ceremony that took place during the SMTA Guadalajara Expo & Tech Forum. The new RPI i4.0 automatic profiling system features network software for real-time dashboard, data sharing and traceability storage.

The profile is compared to the relevant process window for traceability and can alarm instantly on out of spec conditions. Advanced search and filter functions on product name, customer name, time period and more, instantly provide pertinent data for deeper insight and effective troubleshooting.

With RPI i4.0 all relevant data can connect to the factory MES or your factory data collection system to be easily shared with relevant personnel, and can be accessed from any authorized PC or mobile device anywhere. The enhanced level of automation delivers improved line utilization and productivity, consistent quality, and reduced production cost.
