Scienscope International announced today that E.M.I., one of the largest and most efficient OEM manufacturers in Southern California, has been relying on Scienscope’s latest X-ray component counters to improve the efficiency.
E.M.I. is currently in the process of purchasing another counter from Scienscope to strengthen their relationship with key customers. Being the most important OEM manufacturer for key customers, the real-time, transparent inventory communication is the key to guarantee lead time and accurate inventory. It also makes component tracing automatic.
“We have purchased three Scienscope AXC-800 component counters. These machines are accurate, affordable and easy to use,” commented C.M., President of E.M.I. “We are in the process of purchasing the latest model AXC-800 III, which includes the internal barcode reading. The overall savings over 18 months will definitely pay for the machine.”
Scienscope is debuting the next-generation desktop component counter at productronica, November 12-16, 2019 at the Messe in Munich, Germany. The next-gen machine features internal barcode scanning and MES integration.
According to Scienscope’s President and Chief Designer Eddy Lin, the latest component counter should be easier to use than a microwave and just as fast.
