The S3088 DT is configured in its standard versionfor use in automatic opticalinspection (3D AOI) and for dual-track handling. The system features a uniquecombination of affordability, efficiency, speed andtechnical performance that meets all the requirements of large-scale mass production today, including full connection to state-of-the-art Industry 4.0 interfaces. The S3088 DT ensuresrepeatable inspection of 03015 components at an impressive throughput rate.
The design of the S3088 DThas several advantages when space is tight in the production area. The monitor has been integrated into the housing and the keyboard is retractable. The footprint is therefore comparably small. Furthermore, the system adjusts to varying track widths. It can also be used as a single track system and is then able to inspect larger PCBs. In addition to 3D AOI, Viscom is also offering configurations of the S3088 DT for 3D SPI, CCI and Underfill Inspection.
