PVA today announced plans to exhibit at productronica 2021, scheduled to take place Nov. 16-19, 2021 at Neue Messe München in Munich, Germany. The team will show its new Valve Tool Changer and 5th Axis Motorized Tilt on the Delta 8 Selective Conformal Coating Machine in Hall A2, Booth 253.
The new Valve Tool Changer feature can accommodate four additional valves in the machine that can be automatically picked up and used at any time. Users can now increase the number of applications each machine can satisfy without sacrificing valuable work area.
The 5th Axis Tilt feature is a motorized programmable tilt that can be configured to adjust to any angle between -45 degrees to 45 degrees. This flexibility allows greater part accessibility for more accurate dispense and spray processes.
Ideal for selective coating, potting, bead, and meter-mix dispensing applications, the Delta 8 is designed for maximum flexibility and can be configured for custom assembly applications.
The Delta 8 has many options and integrated features including:
- Robotic system repeatability of +/-25 microns
