ViTrox’s AXI also contains 3DCT Technology with Advanced Reconstruction Technology (ART), which offers numerous benefits, ensuring that defects are more visible and easier to detect. ART can also identify BGA balls with HiP defects which are often difficult to detect using traditional inspection methods.
