The fully automatic solder paste printing machine is one of the most important parts of SMT production line, used for printing PCB circuit boards.
The first step in the conventional operation process is to fix it on the printing positioning table, and then the left and right scrapers of the printing machine will leak the solder paste or red glue onto the corresponding solder pad through the steel mesh. The PCB with uniform leakage is input to the mounting machine through a transmission platform for automatic mounting.
The fully automatic printing machine excels in terms of printing speed, yield, and accuracy. The following precautions for KINGSUN engineers when using FPC printing:
1、 Understand the type and hardness of the printing machine scraper in advance.
It is recommended to use a technical scraper, which has a very stable flatness, hardness, and thickness, and can maintain the best printing quality.
2.Solder paste printing scraper。
The scraper is operated directly on the printing machine. Before printing, it is necessary to pay attention to the distance between the scraper and the FPC, and maintain an angle between 60 and 75 degrees. Both too large and too small can affect the printing effect.
3.Printing speed
The speed during the printing process of the fully automatic solder paste printing machine should not be too fast, as it may cause some areas to not print. Of course, it should not be too slow, as too slow can lead to uneven printing results. The speed recommended by KINGSUN engineers is 10-25mm/s, which is relatively suitable and can also achieve optimal printing results.
4.Printing pressure
Excessive printing pressure can cause insufficient solder paste on the FPC, and excessive pressure can cause solder paste to print too thin. At the same time, it may also cause solder paste to contaminate the back of the metal leakage plate and the surface of the FPC. KINGSUN engineers suggest setting the pressure at 0.1-0.03kg/cm.
