Seika Machinery Unveils Sayaka SAM-CT34NSL Auto Dry Slicer for Mass Production

Jul 22, 2024

Seika Machinery, Inc. is excited to announce the launch of the Sayaka SAM-CT34NSL Auto Dry Slicer, designed to meet the demands of mass production with high rigidity, precision cutting, and advanced human error prevention features.

The Sayaka SAM-CT34NSL Auto Dry Slicer offers versatile use, allowing for the selection between pallet or non-pallet-use depending on the PCB shape. This flexibility makes it suitable for various production needs. The user-friendly operation is facilitated by an easy program teaching interface via a touch-display, ensuring a simple and efficient setup process.

Cost-effectiveness is a key benefit of the SAM-CT34NSL, as it eliminates the need for V-scoring, preventing sagging during reflow and maintaining PCB integrity. The machine delivers a smooth finish, with the cut face ground to perfection, enhancing the quality of the final product. It minimizes stress on PCBs, protecting components and ensuring reliability with more than 500µ-strain.

Precision and accuracy are further ensured with the optional visual confirmation feature, allowing cut lines to be confirmed by a monitor. The cutting speed of the SAM-CT34NSL can be adjusted to optimize efficiency for mass production, making it an ideal solution for high-volume manufacturing environments.

The Sayaka SAM-CT34NSL Auto Dry Slicer is designed to streamline production processes, reduce human error, and deliver high-quality results. Its robust design and advanced features make it a valuable addition to any production line.
