Cranford Slots into Cheshire Circuits to Form CC Electronics Europe

Cheshire Circuits Ltd, the Stockport-based manufacturer of printed circuit boards, has today announced the acquisition of Cranford Circuits, one of the UK's leading PCB manufacturers.

The acquisition will lead to the immediate formation of Cheshire Cranford (CC) Electronics Europe, one of the country's key players in the PCB industry.

Managing Director of Cheshire Circuits, David Maitland, who becomes Managing Director of the enlarged CC Electronics Europe, says: "Cheshire Circuits is delighted to announce its acquisition of Cranford Circuits and the formation of CC Electronics Europe.
