The award was presented to John Kampfer, President of Kodiak Assembly by Mike Buetow, President of the Printed Circuit Engineering Association (PCEA). The Service Excellence Awards, now in their 32nd year, recognize excellence in customer service within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) sector. The program provides a valuable benchmark for companies to assess their customer satisfaction levels against industry standards, with customer feedback collected directly to ensure authenticity and relevance.
