The EVS 18KLFHS is engineered to recover up to 80% of reusable, high-purity solder from dross—material that is often sold back to suppliers at a fraction of its original value. Designed with both performance and safety in mind, the system features a fully sealed cabinet with integrated fume extraction, helping create a cleaner and safer working environment while supporting compliance with modern health and safety standards.
At the core of the EVS 18KLFHS is the company’s patented tilting pot and hot air–activated auto drain tap, which streamline operation and produce consistently high-quality solder ingots with minimal operator involvement. With a large 18 kg (40 lb) capacity, the system can reduce dedrossing time by up to 75%, increasing throughput while minimizing production downtime.
