Stencil Manager for Americas Boosts Commitment to Growth

DEK has appointed Daniel Tan as Branch Manager of its new Memphis stencil design and manufacturing facility, which recently opened. Daniel is an experienced manager of design, manufacturing and logistics for precision stencils, having previously worked at Acumen Technologies in Northern California. His move to Memphis follows DEK's acquisition of Acumen in 2002.

He said, "I am looking forward to delivering superior product design and inspired quality of service to customers throughout North America, as part of the global DEK network of stencil manufacturing sites. Our capability at Memphis complements the power of the local relationships maintained through our network of sales offices, and we plan to rapidly build on that foundation and increase our market share."

Welcoming Daniel to his new post, Richard Bramham, world-wide general manager for DEK Process Support Products, said, "Daniel is among a number of talented managers and technologists now working within DEK's North American network, whose skills will help us innovate new services and grow our market share. I am sure he will be very successful in his new role."
