announced the acquisition of Eder Industries Inc., a leading EMS provider in the U.S.
Midwest. Creation Technologies has purchased 100% of the outstanding shares of Eder
Industries, Inc. from their parent company APW Ltd. Eder�s annual revenues are
approximately US $35 million.
�We have seen a substantial increase in new customer inquiries over the past year,
particularly in the U.S., as OEM customers look for strong partners to outsource their
manufacturing to. We have been actively increasing our U.S. presence through direct
sales and manufacturing representatives and the establishment of a manufacturing
facility in the U.S. was our next step,� said Geoff Reed, CEO of Creation Technologies.

complement to our expanding American footprint. Eder Industries boasts a dynamic

Established in Milwaukee in 1953, Eder employs 210 people and operates a 75,000
square foot facility. Eders� strong design service capabilities and innovative inventory
management processes will strengthen Creations� offerings for medium-volume,
complex manufacturing solutions. Creation will manage the Eder facility as an
independent business unit and will integrate the two companies� skills, service offerings,
processes, and sales efforts to provide best manufacturing practices across their entire
customer base. Creation also operates two manufacturing facilities in Vancouver, British
Columbia and two manufacturing facilities in Toronto, Ontario. Creation Technologies�
