KENOSHA, WI � December 20, 2005 � PROMATION has developed a line of 200 mm and 300 mm wafer handling systems for loading the line and unloading the line.
The EWL-700 and EWU-700 are single cassette handling systems that are 10K compliant. Wafers may be safely transported from and into Fluoroware or other type magazine cassettes within a small foot print. PROMATION�s EWL is a Line Loader and the EWU is a Line Un Loader.
