The SMT1000-ZD Zero-Discharge High Performance Automatic Defluxing System is capable of removing all flux types including rosin, no-clean and water soluble, and is fully compatible with lead-free solders and solder pastes.
The SMT1000-ZD features fully automatic operation. With the touch of a single button, a user can direct the machine to wash, rinse and dry full loads of assemblies at one time. Real-time cleanliness testing ensures that the assemblies meet the users� cleanliness criteria. The built-in Windows CE-based computer controller automatically expands or contracts the cycle time to ensure uniform cleanliness results.
The SMT1000-ZD is standard-equipped with a built-in chemical management system that automatically mixes and doses the correct volume of wash chemical into the wash-solution recycling system at the touch of a button. The wash solution recycling system allows wash solution to be filtered and reused on subsequent cycles, reducing the demand for chemicals and lowering the machine�s operating cost
The SMT1000-ZD operates without a connection to a drain. Its zero-discharge configuration allows operation in locations where drain lines are not available or in locations where effluent discharge to drain is not allowed or desired. The zero-discharge configuration eliminates the need for municipal discharge permits, thereby eliminating associated costs and potential liability.
The SMT1000-ZD features fully automatic operation including wash, rinse, dry and cleanliness testing capabilities.
