PROMATION Enhances Wave Unload Flat Belt

Pleasant Prairie, WI � February 6, 2008 � PROMATION announces that it has enhanced the Wave Unload Flat Belt conveyor by adding three banks of cooling fans.

PROMATION�s OUC-500 flat belt provides a small footprint, and an efficient method to unload and cool PCBs exiting the wave soldering process machine. The variable speed controlled 500 mm wide flat belt is capable of handling PCBs up to 17.7" in width, and the open framing system can be easily adjusted to meet most wave exit and off load heights.

By adding the three banks of cooling fans (three fans per bank/nine fans total), the station can provide exceptional cooling for higher temperature lead-free products.
