The TV-1000 tool allows a variety of parts from 2.54 mm (0.10") to several inches in diameter to be handled. The long-life diaphragm vacuum pump generates up to 10" of mercury with an open-air flow of 2.3 lpm. This ESD-safe unit connects to a ground through a three-wire power cord. Accessories include small-parts tips to handle items as small as 100 m and pick-up heads with two or three pick-up points to handle elongated or larger parts. Systems are available in 110 or 220 V 50/60 Hz. Prices start at US $198.50.
SMD-VAC-HP runs on 12 VDC at 500mA with solenoid. Additional pick-up power for handling small to very large size components is provided. The precision pump and motor generate over 15" inches of mercury. The compact tower design takes up a very small footprint on the bench. An electric eye pen holder on the side automatically shuts the unit off when the vacuum pen is placed in it. A jack on the rear of the V8100A series allows use of the optional foot or hand switch to control vacuum during pick-and-place operations. The SMD-VAC-HP comes complete with the following features: quiet operation, 4' of coiled vacuum hose, a set of nine vacuum tips, a vacuum pick-up handle, 12 V DC power source, automatic vacuum pump ON/OFF control, rubber no-skid feet and ESD connection on rear of unit.
The STEALTH-VAC ELITE operates directly on compressed air or nitrogen and is the company's highest performing Vacuum Tweezer tool. Simply place the vacuum tip on the part to pick it up and press the control button to pick up the part and press the button again to release the part. The STEALTH-VAC ELITE operates directly on 30 to 50 psi compressed air or nitrogen. The normally closed STEALTH-VAC ELITE vacuum pen contains a whisper quiet venturi vacuum generator that is activated only when the control button is depressed. This helps conserve factory compressed air when the tool is not in use. With compressed air supplied at the rear of the tool it is ready for use as follows: attach a vacuum tweezer tip slightly smaller than the part being handled. Touch the vacuum tip squarely to the part, and depress and hold the button. The part is now grasped. Move the part to the desired location.Release the control button to release the part.
Also highlighted will be the company's line of small partvacuum tweezertips that are used to manipulate items ranging in size from several millimeters in size to as small as 100 microns.
