Inovar Adds Inspection/Failure Analysis Capability

Over the last few months, Inovar has evaluated, selected and purchased leading edge equipment to supplement its failure analysis and inspection capabilities. This equipment includes a Nicolet Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) Spectroscopy Machine, LECO Cross-section Saw and Polisher, Olympus Trinocular Optical Measurement Microscope, Olympus Trinocular Micro-section Analysis Microscope, Fischer Technologies X-ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy Analysis Machine, a Mitutoyo Mechanical Coordinate Measuring Machine and various other dimensional analysis tools.
