AQUANOX� A4241 is a new aqueous cleaning solution designed with a revolutionary inhibition technology to be effective on the toughest soils, while protecting even the most sensitive parts from etch or darkening. Kyzen introduces a product that can be used in a multi-process environment for use in spray batch, spray in-line and stencil cleaning processes. A4241 will provide brilliant solder joints with no sump side additives and consistent cleaning results with minimal bath monitoring. AQUANOX� A4241 is multi-metal safe including bare aluminum and copper.
A non-flammable, non-corrosive liquid, AQUANOX� A4241 has proven compatible with all materials commonly used in electronics assembly manufacturing and cleaning processes. AQUANOX� A4241 is a non-hazardous, biodegradable aqueous solution that contains no CFCs or HAPs.

METALNOX� M6319US is a heavy-duty aqueous high alkaline all-purpose cleaner. It is an aqueous blend of detergents, alkalinity builders, conditioners, and organic and inorganic inhibitors designed for heavy-duty cleaning of oils, waxes, grease, drawing oils, machining oils, fingerprints, hydraulic fluids, road dirt, carbonized oils, petrolatum and shop dirt while being relatively safe to use on most alloys.
M6319 is easy to use, and is diluted further with water as required to remove the soils involved. To prevent flash rusting of ferrous parts, 1 to 3 percent of M6319 or an inhibitor may be added to all rinse stages.
The cleaner is low foaming, non-phosphated and is safe on magnesium as well as ferrous and copper alloys. It features trace silicates, prevents flash rust and has no HAPs, CFCs or SARA 313s. Additionally, M6319 features low-use cost and is low VOC. The cleaner can be used in both spray and immersion systems. M6319 is multi-metal safe for use on yellow metals including copper, bronze and brass, some aluminum alloys, iron, steel, and composites in addition to most precious metals, plastics and rubbers.
Both cleaners are available commercially in one, five, and 55 gallon containers.
