In this new role, Ms. Palka maintains responsibility for HR activities for the entire CBA group, drawing from over ten years experience in human resources management and development. Her previous positions include Chief HR Officer for Bilcare, GCS, a global clinical trial services company; Executive Recruiter for Korn/Ferry, one of the world’s leading executive search firms; and most recently as HR Director for Anoplate Corporation, an industrial metal finishing
company in Syracuse, NY.
Prior to entering the human resources field, Ms. Palka was employed as a Chemist in the pharmaceutical industry. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Canisius College and a Master’s degree in Chemistry from Princeton University, and she is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). “I’ve enjoyed the diversity of my career path and look forward to leveraging my expertise in talent assessment and development to embrace this new opportunity in a challenging industry,” commented Ms. Palka.
