The presentation was a several hours-long insight on circuit board fabrication, issues that can occur in fabrication, and a basic understanding of materials. During the presentation, many posed technical questions and issues concerning bare boards, and Tucker provided feedback as to how to best resolve their issues.
Mr. Tucker is responsible for technical training for P.D. Circuits and the company’s customers and supply partners. Training includes IPC-A-600 certification, material and finish selection, Gerber file output, and documentation education. Mike has worked in bare boards since 1997 and is an expert in frontend engineering and controlled impedance applications, working closely with designers and manufacturing engineers to create robust, manufacturable products.
After the meeting, Tucker answered questions regarding manufacturing, assembly issues and how to receive circuit board fabrication training and certification from P.D. Circuits at no cost.
