The Deluxe Vacuum Tweezer Kit with 16 Delrin Small Part Tips (V8100A-FS-110-DLX-D) provides additional pick-up power for handling parts as small as 300 microns to extremely large sized components. The precision pump generates more than 15 inches of mercury. The compact tower design takes up a very small footprint on the bench.
To extend the pump life an electric eye pen holder on the side automatically shuts the unit off when the vacuum pen is placed in it. A jack on the rear of the V8100A series allows use of the optional foot or hand switch to control vacuum during pick-and-place of very tiny parts.
Virtual Industries’ STEALTH-VAC ELITE (VVSV-NC-X) operates directly on 30 to 50 psi compressed air or nitrogen. The normally closed STEALTH-VAC ELITE vacuum pen contains a whisper quiet venturi vacuum generator that is activated only when the control button is depressed. This helps to conserve factory compressed air when the tool is not in use.
The vacuum level can be reduced for handling delicate parts by adjusting the input pressure. At 50 psi input the vacuum level is 21 InHg with 2 lpm of free air flow. At 30 psi input the vacuum level is 18 InHg with 1.75 lpm of free air flow. At 10 psi input the vacuum level is 3 InHg with .75 lpm of free air flow.
The Mini Pump (VMP1625MX-12-90-CH) features a 12 volt, 5000 hour, MAXON motor. This pump can be used for applications requiring ail flow, vacuum or air pressure. Typical applications include air quality sampling, organic vapor analyzers, equipment requiring a vacuum source, or equipment requiring a pressure source. The Mini Pump offers high performance in a compact size.
The pump comes with a 43 micron inlet filter, a mounting clip and one foot of 1/16" vacuum hose. All valves on the pump are made of durable stainless steel. The diaphragm is fabric reinforced viton and the pump body is made of glass filled Polyphenylene Sulfide.
