BTU International to Feature High Throughput, Twelve Zone PYRAMAX at GlobalTRONICS 2010

NORTH BILLERICA, MA - BTU International will highlight its PYRAMAX™ 150z12 thermal processing system at the upcoming GlobalTRONICS 2010. The exhibit will take place September 13-15 at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Hall A, booth F12 in Singapore.

The 12-zone PYRAMAX 150z12 system incorporates the quality, performance and state-of-the art design of the PYRAMAX 125 platform, and is designed for higher throughput production. The system features a single process chamber for a smoother process.

Compared to the previous 10-zone PYRAMAX 150x5 systems, the new 150z12 provides more flexible profiling, a low Cost of Ownership, market-leading closed-loop convection control, and the best uptime in the industry.
