DEK International’s Yi Li received the award for The Best Presentation of Vendor Conference One (CS10) for the presentation titled “Optimising the Print Process for Mixed Technology.”
3M Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.’s Harold Wang was awarded The Best Presentation of Vendor Conference Two (CS10) for the presentation titled “3M Electronic Components Packaging Technology Trend.”
Shenzhen Kunqi Xinhua Technology Co., Ltd.’s Mark Yin received the award for The Best Presentation of Vendor Conference Three (CS10) for the presentation titled “Environmental Protection, Energy Saving, Consumption Reduction and Quality Improvement – Reformation for Electronic Products Manufacturing.”
The award for The Best Emerging Exhibit of the Year went to PVA Inc. for its PVA2000SF Selective Coating System.
The award for The Best Exhibit Technology of the Year went to Accelonix SAS for its FINERO Quanti™ Electrical Safety and Functional Tester.
