The workshops are geared toward professionals responsible for the testing and verification of boards. Acculogic and ScanCAD are leaders in the fields of flying probe testing and reverse engineering, respectively. Discussions will include boundary scan test methods, flying probe systems and reverse engineering of circuit boards. Tools to generate schematics, CAD files, BOM and tester databases will be presented as well as demonstrated.
