Sono-Tek’s line of programmable XYZ coating systems are fully enclosed, flexible, programmable 3-axis robots that can be configured with any ultrasonic nozzle to create numerous spray shapes and patterns. Capable of spraying at very low flow rates, these systems offer many precision options, including Z-axis rotation, dual nozzle/dual liquid capability, camera, heat and/or vacuum plate, low oxygen environment and continuous syringe pump liquid delivery.
The FlexiCoat MD is a full-size inline system with a large spray area and high throughput capabilities. Sono-Tek ultrasonic nozzles feature non-clogging, highly uniform, low velocity spray with median droplet sizes as small as 13 microns.
