General Characteristics
10mm Vibrator mirror:
SCANhead10 series high speed scanning mirror can carry 10mm speckle reflection lens, the maximum incident spot diameter is 10mm. It is used in optical scanning, laser marking, drilling, micromachining, medical industry. This optical scanning system has high speed and low drift. With the characteristics of high positioning accuracy and reliable and stable operation, its comprehensive performance has reached the leading level in China.
