Yes I agree the theta motot on PM570(JUKI KP620) can make some vibration - I think is gain is right on max and combined with mecahnical tolerences it can vibrate a little on some machines vs others. And as machine ages can start to appear nad dissappear.
Also you may have cable harness issue to the head, you can change out the head PCB, DC servo cards etc and problem still there, if you have bad connection in cables can cause issues.
